The schedule will be evenings, Monday thru Friday. Service is to be completed after business hours. More hours are often available if you're willing to travel! We can offer steady janitorial services, & have options to supplement hours with project work, such as carpet cleaning, floor buffing & refinishing, as well as deep cleaning. Job requirements include: - The ability to work well independently & with others occasionally - The ability to lift up to 25 lbs - The ability to maintain confidentiality - Skills in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with diverse tenants and staff - Regular attendance, reliability, and punctuality - Personal reliable transportation - Flexible schedule is a plus
